This was the first service we had done on our AC since we bought the house. We weren’t sure what to expect as the unit is original. We were very pleased with Phillip Croup’s demeanor and his work. He was honest with us and he did the work efficiently and promptly. The system needed freon for the 2nd time and he gave us a price for replacing the system. We were very pleased with the whole experience. Of course, we were not excited to hear that we will need to replace the system in the near future, but we felt that Phillip gave us the straight story.
