What an exceptional experience, from start to finish. Bobby Brown was personable and scheduled our repair service at a time convenient for us and Phillip Croup, the young man who came to work on our unit, was above and beyond professional, skilled, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem, patiently explained the issue and answered my many questions, made an expeditious repair, then replaced a fuse panel part to get us back up and running. Just want to say how grateful we are for his work, for cool air again, and we’d like to schedule a yearly maintenance checkup. Many thanks and we’ve already recommended Brown’s to several friends with AC repair needs.
