I wanted to take a moment of your time to tell you that I very much appreciate the work ethic and great attitude of your employee, Phillip Croup.  My wife and I moved from Alaska to The Villages a little over 10 years ago.  We had some home alterations made and had a mini-split added to our sunroom.  Your company has serviced it for me for a number of years and specifically Phillip has done the work.  I can tell you that is is a pleasure to have someone like him come to home.  Please convey to him my thanks.
