We received an email this morning from David, this is what it read:

John showed up today to service our AC, Found him to be very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly unlike ALL ac that was here 3 days ago and told me our AC was crap and should be replaced by a $6000 Bryant. It was very refreshing to find an honest man that reflects very well on your company. You have my business from now on and I will post 5 star reviews where ever I can. I have also posted a recommendation on our bulletin board for Browns.
