Got back in the office this morning and found a pleasant surprise – this was sitting in my email inbox:

We came back from Wisconsin on Sunday and discovered our AC was not working.. Had Suter come on Mon & he declared it DOA and gave us an estimate. We got your company name from a friend, and John came yesterday, (Tuesday) gave us an estimate, and at 2 o clock today, Wed, our AC is in and the house is cooling!! We are soooo happy, and your company is our only recommendation for anyone we know who needs a new AC!! Again, thank you, thank you, thank you.
